The execution of the activity is actively and collaboratively supported.
Points of attention include:
Carrying out assigned tasks.
Collaborating with other instructors and leaders.
Taking a problem-solving approach.

4. Evaluating activities and reflecting on own actions
The outcomes of this subtask are:
Evaluation points are raised.
Self-reflection leads to insight into own competencies and development areas in guiding events.
Points of attention include:
Reporting to the (chief) responsible party.
Participating in the evaluation of events.
