Here are the steps to earn the 'Reliability in ExpeditieRED' badge:
Reflect on reliability: Consider how important reliability is in your role at ExpeditieRED. What specific things do you want to do well and demonstrate? Think about past experiences where you have been reliable and what qualities contributed to that reliability.
Set a goal: Write down what reliability means to you in ExpeditieRED. Think about the actions you can take to be reliable and how this contributes to the team's success. Set specific, achievable goals related to reliability, such as always meeting deadlines, communicating effectively with team members, and following through on commitments. By reflecting on reliability and setting clear goals, you can demonstrate your commitment to being a reliable team member within ExpeditieRED and work towards earning the badge.

Take action: Get started with your plan by being steadfast and taking your tasks seriously. Ensure you are punctual, adhere to agreements, and be willing to help others when needed.
Reflect: For example, keep a diary where you write down how reliable you have been and how this has influenced others. Look at situations where you demonstrated reliability and consider how you can improve even further.
Submit your evidence: If you believe you deserve the badge, demonstrate what you have done to be reliable. Write down the actions you have taken and how they demonstrate your reliability. Provide examples and talk about your goals and how you have achieved them.
