Here are the steps to earn the badge 'Taking Responsibility in ExpeditieRED':
Think about responsibility: Consider how important it is to take responsibility in your role at ExpeditieRED. What does it mean to you to be responsible, and what do you want to demonstrate? 
Set a goal: Clearly define what responsibility means to you within ExpeditieRED. Think about which actions you can take to demonstrate responsibility and how this contributes to the team's success.

Take action: Implement your plan by acting responsibly and taking your tasks seriously. Be willing to take initiative, meet deadlines, and support others when needed.
Reflect: Keep a regular reflection journal where you document your responsibility and its impact on others. Analyze situations where you have taken responsibility and identify any areas for improvement.
Submit your evidence: If you believe you deserve the badge, submit evidence documenting your actions and behaviors that demonstrate your responsibility, including your reflections and achievement of your goals.
