This badge is earned through self-evaluation by those who have worked on the work skill of Willingness to Learn within the ExpeditieRED MDT (Multi-Disciplinary Team) program. It is a self-recognition of your ability to be open to new knowledge, actively participate in learning opportunities, and contribute to your personal development and the improvement of water activities, as determined by your own reflections and evaluations.

Steps to earn the badge 'Willingness to Learn in ExpeditieRED':
  1. Think about the importance of willingness to learn: Consider why having a willingness to learn is crucial within ExpeditieRED. Reflect on how it contributes to your personal growth, the improvement of water activities, and the overall success of the ExpeditieRED MDT trajectory.
  2. Set a goal: Clearly define which areas of knowledge you want to explore and how they contribute to your personal development and the water activities within ExpeditieRED. Identify which specific skills or knowledge you want to acquire and how they are relevant to your role within the team and the project's objectives.
