Swimming activities must always take place safely. This applies to both hygiene and rules in the pool, as well as social safety. Bullying, ignoring, discriminating, threatening, or any other unwanted behavior should be prevented. You are a role model for the participants yourself. Within every association, there are agreements about this, and you must enforce and monitor them.
