As a coach, your main task is to guide participants in such a way that they:
Feel safe
Have fun
Follow the agreed-upon guidelines
Enjoy the activities together
You ensure this in the activities assigned to you, and you seek assistance if you encounter difficulties. You do this at the group level, ensuring that everyone is seen and included.
