As an assistent, you have an executive task. This means that others instruct you on what to do and what is expected of you. We will discuss which instructions you should give and how to explain them. For this, you need to have a certain level of substantive knowledge. We will cover that in a separate activity, and you will receive a separate badge for it. It's up to you to fill it in a way that suits yourself, the participants, and the situation.
This workshop consists partly of theory and partly of practical work at the edge of the pool.
