To fulfill the task of ‘guiding during training sessions,’ the specified results must be achieved in the following subtasks:

Protocol:
Within this task, you execute the following task components. The result is stated first for each component:
1. Guides athletes during training sessions.
The results of this subtask are:
  • Ensures guidance aligns with the athletes.
  • Supports a positive learning environment.
  • Ensures social and physical safety.
Points of attention include:
  • Adjusting interaction style to suit the athletes.
  • Using clear and understandable language.
  • Motivating, stimulating, and inspiring athletes.
  • Providing information on sports-related matters.
  • Ensuring safety and handling emergencies confidentially.

2. Conducts training sessions.
Ensures the session aligns with the participants in consultation with the responsible trainer-coach.
Points of attention include:
  • Executing training preparation and following instructions.
  • Ensuring materials and tools are available.
  • Collaborating with the responsible trainer-coach.
  • Contributing to achieving the training goal.

3. Explains exercises.
  • Ensures exercises are understood by athletes,
  • fostering learning experiences.
Points of attention include:
  • Choosing a suitable position.
  • Making oneself understood.
  • Tailoring explanations to athletes.
  • Demonstrating exercises correctly or providing clear examples.
  • Adjusting training methods as needed.
  • Providing instructions related to the training goal.
  • Checking athletes' understanding.

4. Evaluates training sessions and reflects on own actions.
  • Evaluates the process and results of the training.
  • Engages in self-reflection to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Points of attention include:
  • Participating in evaluations focused on goals and processes.
  • Adhering to professional standards.
  • Seeking feedback and expressing learning needs.
  • Consulting experts and reflecting on own actions.

Task performance is assessed based on the points of attention provided for each subtask.
