You learn how to carry out your tasks during an event. Typically, a script is created for an event that describes:
  • how the event progresses step by step,
  • specifying who does what, when,
  • how collaboration is structured.

You perform the tasks assigned to you so that:
  • the end result of the event is achieved as well as possible,
  • the cooperation between participants and facilitators runs smoothly and pleasantly,
  • the cooperation between cadre members and facilitators runs smoothly and pleasantly.

You identify any issues that arise and, if necessary, resolve them together with others. You inform the responsible party of any problems. If you cannot resolve the issue for any reason, you ask the person in charge of the event to do so.
