Trainer - Task 5.2 - MDT Activities: Events

Content

Guiding athletes and/or assisting with events is learned through practical experience. You have agreed with the project leader of ExpeditieRED on the tasks you will undertake. This could involve activities at your club, with ExpeditieRED, or sometimes both.

At the club, you will always have a mentor, and there will be a contact person at ExpeditieRED who will also evaluate your progress periodically. At the end, there will be a final discussion and assessment.

All activities will be recorded in the ExpeditieRED learning platform as tasks. For each task completed, you will receive a badge, enabling you to demonstrate your achievements. In total, you are required to complete a minimum of 80 hours, including your training. Some tasks may take longer, as they occur weekly throughout the year, while others may be one-day events. This badge is awarded for event assistance.

If you wish to contribute more hours outside of MDT, that is possible. We want you to be able to showcase your contributions to society.
