You learn how to carry out your tasks at an event. Typically, an event is accompanied by a script that describes:
- How the event progresses step by step.
- Who does what, and when.
- How cooperation is conducted.
You execute the tasks assigned to you so that:
- The end result of the event is achieved as effectively as possible.
- The collaboration between participants, guides, and staff proceeds as smoothly and effectively as possible.
You identify any issues that arise and, if necessary, resolve them together with others, informing the responsible party accordingly. If, for any reason, you cannot resolve the issue yourself, you ask the person in charge of the event to do so.
