Coach - Task 5.4 - MDT Activities Events: Evaluation

Content

Coaching athletes and/or assisting with an event is learned by doing. You have agreed with the project leader of ExpeditieRED which tasks you will perform. This can be at your club or with ExpeditieRED itself, and sometimes both.

You will always have a mentor at the club and a contact person at ExpeditieRED, who will also evaluate with you how things are going in the meantime. At the end, there will be a final conversation and evaluation.

All activities will be recorded in the learning platform of ExpeditieRED as activities. For each task, you will receive a badge, so you can always show what you have done. In total, including your training, you must make a minimum of 80 hours. Some tasks may take longer because they occur weekly throughout the year, but there are also one-day events. This badge is awarded for assisting with events.

If you want to include more hours outside of MDT, that is possible. We want you to be able to show what you are doing for society.
