The Star Plan is for children after they have obtained their swimming diplomas. Every association wants to:
Keep children swimming after they have obtained their diplomas or 
recruit new members who have obtained their swimming diplomas from other organizations.
Associations want to introduce children to various swimming sports such as water polo, competitive swimming, lifesaving, or finswimming. Because why should children choose a sport right away? If you choose this specialization, you will learn something about all sports. You can help children grasp the basics and enjoy the sports. You help them discover what they like and what suits them, and they find friends who are also discovering that.
