Trainer - Task 5.3 - Evaluation of MDT training activities

Content

When you reach the end of your MDT journey, you'll wrap up everything in a professional manner and in good consultation with the project leader of ExpeditieRED. This involves an evaluation conversation where we reflect on all the points that have been addressed in all the assessment protocols for trainers. We'll discuss your experiences, what you've learned, and how you've found the process. Together, we'll create a report to add to your file. You'll then receive the badge for this component and a certificate.
Additionally, we'll evaluate the entire trajectory. We'll ask you what went well, what didn't, and especially what we could have done better. Every idea and suggestion is welcome. We use this report to improve ourselves and anonymously report to the funding provider. You can also request to submit your report on ExpeditieRED to the youth panel of ExpeditieRED.

Furthermore, you'll also fill out a questionnaire for the national MDT organization.

You will receive this task badge once you have completed all agreed badges for activities and the final assessment.

At that point, you will also receive your certificate. Additionally, if you have completed all the entries in Flowsparks of the KNZB, you will receive the KNZB Trainer 2 diploma. We will then handle the allocation of the badges.
